Borough 22
Elevating the user experience of a well know gluten free bakery.

Design Proposal
Conducted a site audit on the borough 22 website and identified several areas of improvement: site navigation, product layout, user flow, checkout experience and overall brand cohesiveness. Reviewed the underperforming aspects with the client and proposed specific solutions for each issue. The conclusion the site needed a refresh.
Research and considerations
Examined the current product range and users interactions. Clarified the list of products that would be featured namely, Normal and Mini doughnuts. Brainstormed user flows for these featured products, focusing on overall website simplicity. Developed a more customised checkout for the user.
Concept Design and development
Focused on the target audience and essential features, prioritising a user friendly layout with an intuitive navigation, cohesive colour palette and typography. Utilised tools on Webflow such as content management and e-commerce. Challenges encountered included allowing users to place scheduled orders and customised doughnuts boxes, these were addressed as they arose. Throughout the process feedback was incorporated to refine and enchants the final product.
